Hi everyone! I'm at 179.4 today and am hoping to stay around here(OR LOWER), I've been bouncing from 180 to 179 for a couple of days, but today is my official start date of my diet. Which is the 3121 diet by Dolvett Quince. (This means eating 'clean' days 1,2, and 3 and then having a cheat day, then eating clean again for 2 days and then another cheat day.)
The other day (I believe friday morning) I weighed in at 177 which was so exciting because I hadn't been that low in a while - but that quickly went back up after this weekend. Weekends are always the hardest for me, but I am kind of expecting big things now that I am doing this diet and focusing on 'CLEAN' eating vs 'cheat' days. I think it'll help me in the long run for sure.
The biggest thing is I have to meal prep on the weekends now. O.O but also my meals are already pre-made so theres no room for me to make excuses.
