I check the scale pretty much every day. No matter what the scale says, it motivates me. Having a good number motivates me to keep going and the not so good numbers motivate me to do better. It is also helping me to not freak out so much over numbers that aren't great. I'm starting to learn more about my own body by tracking my ups and downs so I know why the number is up.
This is very interesting, I used to weigh everyday, but stopped because i thought it was bad.. I may try it again, I seems that when i lost all my weight before, i was weighing in everyday. ummmm food for thought..
