Sound like you have a good plan, I like the SB Diet. Out of all the diets I've done, (and there have been many) it seems the most reasonable and healthy to me. And 2 days of exercise is great if thats what you can do right now. It's sure better than none, and before you know it you'll work your way up to 3.

I have a digital scale and I don't totally trust it either. I have to make sure nothings touching it, and position it and myself perfectly. Even then I get different readings, usually I weigh 3 times and go with the reading that comes up at least twice.
