When I started out, I was about a 24 in pants and at least an XXL in shirts - sometimes a XXXL. I'm not sure what my proper bra size was, but when I was down about 30 lbs, I bought new bras and they were 40H.

Now (at around 159lbs), I'm a 12 (sometimes 10) in pants and usually an XL in shirts. I'm only an XL because my boobs are still huge . I'm currently wearing a 36G, but I need a new bra - I suspect it will be around a 32G.

20/22 to start off in pants, and a 2X in shirts

Now I'm mostly a 4 in pants, and a small or medium on top.

Wow ladies keep it up!
At my heaviest - 336, I was wearing 32 pants and 5x tops. Now I wear 28-30 pants and 3-4x tops.
Looking at some of your weights and the sizes you were wearing confirms just how wacky sizing really is. I'd kill to be 270ish and in 22's! Guess maybe it's cause I don't carry my weight in my bra?! When I lose all this weight, I'll be lucky to still be a C-cup!

At my highest weight, my favorite skirt was a size 18 and it was somewhat snug at the waist. Now I wear the same style of skirt, but it's a 14 and fits just right at the waist. All my tops were knits, so they varied between 1X and 2X. I haven't lost much at all in my chest, so I still wear an XL top most of the time--but I wore Ls when I weighed 125 pounds because of "the girls." I don't think that's ever going to change.

I took pictures of the size 18 skirt and how it hangs now (if you look up the pics, it's the skirt that I'm pulling away from my waist).
