Welcome! You are off to a great start by losing over 50 pounds. If you can do that, you can lose more. I know that it seems overwhelming to need to lose a large amount of weight. It really helps me to just look at 5 pounds at a time. Those 5 pound chunks really add up. This forum has really been a help for me.

Like Liz asked, what is your plan?

You're in the right place. Whenever I feel motivation slipping, cookies calling etc I check out 3FC and it helps me refocus.

The pounds will come off!

These quotes help me stay focused..........

Stay committed to your decisions, but stay flexible in your approach.”

There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when circumstance permit. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses, only results.”

Desire is the key to motivation, but it's determination and commitment to an unrelenting pursuit of your goal - a commitment to excellence - that will enable you to attain the success you seek.”

You can do it!

Like time2lose posted, just take it 5 lbs at a time. I find myself overwhelmed if I look at how much more I need to lose.
