I'm back, not quite
as fat as I was when I first started year a while ago, but squarely in the middle
And today I'm resolving to start again and have just written up what I've had for lunch.
Tomorrow morning begins the weigh-in
we'll see what the damage is then
About the challenge thing: I'm thinking of making this thread a place where I have to be accountable to myself and you guys for, say, my first month back. Because it's easy to come back for one day
, but I'm hoping to be back for much longer, of course
