The 1st thought that popped into my head this morning, was that I would just wait till Monday. It's going to be a long day here at work, boredom will set in and the leftover xmas goodies will be screaming my name. I should just enjoy it, right?
Thanks to this post, am starting my day off right. Next year for Christmas, I'll be giving myself the best gift ever. A healthy, strong and fit me.

I need to make the committment. So here goes: I would like to be at goal weight by 1/31/03. That's 371 days to lose a little under 100 lbs. That's about 1/4 lb. per day, or 1 1/2 lbs. per week. How hard could that be, really?
How will I do this? I will stay away from red light foods like chocolate, ice cream, and pizza. I will eat a good breakfast every day. I will keep fruit in the car. I will use the Bowflex I paid $1400 for. I will walk.
