Default Lost weight on vacation!

So...I was in NYC this week for spring break/vacation. I did watch my eating, but I did A LOT of walking in NYC. I took the subway 98% of the time and they don't seem to believe in elevators or escalators in most of their subway stations. I wouldn't be exaggerating if I said I was walking 3-4 hours average a day while sightseeing.

It's all about moderation. I had pizza, Chinese, bagels/cream cheese, and ate out for dinner. BUT...I brought snacks and protein bars for during the day and I had kashi for breakfast with my friend I was staying with. I didn't gorge or binge but I controlled my portions and savored every bite.

So yeah...this week was the mark of a new start of my life. I can still enjoy vacation and have fun without overeating all the time.

Goal #1 - 290 lbs.
Goal #2 - 280 lbs.
Goal #3 - 270 lbs.
Goal #4 - 260 lbs.
Goal #5 - 250 lbs.

it's impossible to go to NYC and not eat out. there are so many places and delicious smells when you walk by.

good to hear you had fun *and* managed to see a drop on the scale!
