Between two weeks of rough eating and major water retention I gained a solid pound and a half, which is coming back off. I'm committed to sticking to my plan and getting the rest of the weight off. I'm also exercising again after waiting for an injury to heal, and that is helping keep my eating on track, too. Persistence is more important than perfect, I'm a testament to that!
