After bouncing around +/- 0.5 pounds from 188.5 for the last several weeks, I have dropped down to 185.5 over the last few days. 6 pounds left to go to be overweight!

Slow progress here due to my vacation in the middle of it, but I am back to losing and am keeping my sights set on 190 or below!!! 5 pounds doesn't sound like much does it? I can DO this! I am SO losing this 5 pounds, mark my words, in 2 to 3 weeks I will be there!!!!!!
