YES! This is exactly what I need to help me keep on track. I have 14 pounds to lose in order to be categorized as 'over-weight'.
I am currently at 177 and need to get down to 163. April though September I was really on track with my weight loss and was down to 170, but once the colder weather hit I kind of went into hibernation mode. But this last week I really got myself back on track with my weight training and cardio.
I can only go down from here!
Good luck to everyone else participating in this challenge!
Thank you for making this thread! It is a wonderful idea! May I join?
I am currently 14 pounds away from saying goodbye to obesity. Hopefully by May that will be done!
Thanks runningfromfat today I semi whooshed down to 203 but I wont get excited until it sticks lol but for now i'm down to a round 7lbs which will get me to a bmi of 29.8 I'm claiming it as soon as I hit under 30
After 5 weeks of a plateau I FINALLY lost a pound today!!!! My scale has just refused to go below 87 kilos (192 lbs) but today it went to 86.7 (191.1lbs)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Only 6 more pounds to go and only 2 more to see the 180's again!!!!!
Oh, and I started calorie counting and am keeping my calories around 1800 and hopefully that will help me keep on losing!
I'm thinking of taking up weighing more often... It wouldn't be daily, because -for the life of me- I can't remember to weigh every morning, lol. So, I think I'll become a 'weigh more often' gal...
Oh, 191, hurry up! (I want (would LOVE!) to be there by 6/4, when I'll be in the Warrior Dash! EEK!)

Good job on the weight loss! I just updated you.
I'm a daily weigher and my scale is right next to the toilet so it's hard to forget. Actually, I'm normally racing out of bed in the morning because I'm excited to see if I lost or not.
