Laptop gone back for repair AGAIN, so no tracker. I'm trying to eat consciously, and so far, so good.

There's a big and unusual event happening in our church at the beginning of April, and a press release is going out on Monday. Could mean press photos, even local tv. I find that is concentrating my mind rather.....
