Hello. I am new to the forum and was wondering if anyone mind that I joined in this one. I seem to fit here since I have 100+ pounds to shed. I am looking forward to getting to know everyone better.

That's super! There's a BUNCH of great weight loss info on this message board from all of these very knowledgable people, as well as the fact that it's a wonderful place to get that emotional support that can really really help. . . people that understand what the others are going through!

You dont have to ask, just jump on in! I always tell new people the same thing--post a lot! The more you post and start threads, etc... the better you do. Even post when you are having a bad day. It seems to make it better to express your feelings vs. stuffing them with oreo's! :dizzy:

Hi ladies! I would love to join in your group too. I didn't even notice there was a 100 lb. club here until a few weeks ago! My name is Beverly and I am on my way to losing 170 lbs. I've taken off 71 lbs. so far so only 99 lbs. to go, woohoo! A diet buddy told me about 3FC back in September and I've been hooked ever since. This is such a wonderful place to give and recieve support. I look forward to getting to know everyone and helping if I can. I hope everybody had a wonderful holiday. Good luck with your journeys! I just joined this forum today. I accidently found the 100 lb club, but I think I belong here! I have around 190-210 lbs to lose depending on who you ask..LOL!

I am looking to make some big changes for the better in my life in 2003 and I know I am gonna need friends and support so here I am! I look forward to reading and getting to know everyone.
