Interesting. Yes, my calories were up yesterday but not hugely so, so it must be the content of what I ate. It'll be interesting to see if this kind of roll back leads to another swoosh off - or whether, in the end, I'm going to be better sticking to the same WOE 7/7, not 6/7. 1/7 off was the plan, by the way, yesterday wasn't a lapse or binge or accident.
