Good Morning Everyone!

Diana, great job on the .2! thanks! also took some long dresses(my sister gave me) to the seamstress

Willlow i feel ya,it's just something about Wednesday but we're gonna force a positive attitude.

Starbrite,I agree with Diana, your hormones and you allowing all those negative thoughts to creep in are causing you to feel like that.As hard as it my be,just try to think about all the positive things you have going on in your life and how blessed you are..then what ever is bothering you won't seem so big.
I've been going through some weird emotions lately too cause for some strange reason I thought that losing weight would make me totally happy.I'm happy but IDK..(it didn't fix the underlying things that are still there i guest)my friend sent me a good post(I've been trying to copy it for 30 Min's but can't ) anyway..I'm now searching for another journey since this one is almost over(even though i know I'll have to watch what i eat forever/still exercise) i feel a little empty..it's hard to explain.

Angie, you post at Night when I'm sleeping yeah, still jogging along.Hay..you're don't great with your C25K you got it now soon you'll see the results of all your hard work.
keep pushing on. i know you don't feel like it somethings shoot,i don't either but we want to lose this weight so we have to force ourselves to just do it and like you said,afterwards.."we did that things"

Aimee, keep on keeping on! you're still in the game and that's all that matters! ah..it's good to see you when ever you have the time

Vixsin,great job on the kitchen

twinmom,great job on the race

As for me..another 199.8 reading

Didn't have time to copy and paste from my last post!

15: 245.8
16: 243.2

It gets a little wacky for me around this time
Bc TTOM is usually around the 20th. So this month I am trying to stay positive, focus on not overeating during this time, and getting my exercise in.

Since I did my 5k I have been so overly excited about running. I may be addicted. I joined a running club and in the summer they have a summer run series and if you do 8 out of 10 runs you earn a tech shirt that you can ONLY get by doing the runs! So I'm doin it!!

I was up a little on Monday from Friday (5.8 pounds) but I think that is bc I pushed my body to the MAX all weekend. Did the 5k and the same day I came home and did yard work until dark. On Sunday it was the same thing

We have a rent house and we mow the grass over there so all the sticks had to be picked up and i weedeated. My muscles were so sore but I felt good about it. I know that they were retaining water to repair them

This weekend is going to be the same thing. Working in the yard, trying to finish some landscaping we started and we are getting a deck built, which we have wanted done for awhile. it's been beautiful outside so it's been nice doing things!

Sorry this post is kinda long! I haven't wrote in a while and wanted to catch everyone up...

Hope all is well! Personals soon!

Yay for you Court! You're doing so great!!! I am SOOO jealous of you being able to work outside!!! We are getting there but not nearly close enough for me! I am so anxious to get out in the yard and rake up the nastiness from the winter!!

Hang in there, Ona!! Just remember that this too shall pass! Think positive thoughts...you are doing so amazing on this journey. This is just a hard time that you're having. Be strong. It'll pass.

Hey ladies. Thank you all for your incredible support. It's so great to know that even when nobody else in my circle of family and friends gets how I'm feeling, you guys do. I think it was Shylah who hit the nail on the head for me, I've been losing and gaining the same 10 pounds since last May and it's just frustrating. I definitely need to start tracking my food again, but I guess I just don't have the energy for it just yet, maybe I do need a break from the daily weighing (not for long though). The elliptical is supposed to get delivered to Sears on Friday and then a few more days for them to deliver it to us I think. I'm not giving up the fight, but I think I need those few days to get my mind straightened out again. I'll see you ladies soon and thanks again for your words of wisdom

Quick check in busy busy morning ...

up 0.4lbs this morning, not bad at all. TTOM is still here also. I did so well during the day then had 2 fish cakes and a 1.5 cups of peas for dinner <--- can't resist peas ever... there was also mac n cheese but I only had a small spoon. I have only had time for a slim fast drink this morning and I just ate a slim fast snack bar so only 270-280 calories today so far. Gonna go for a nice hearty salad for lunch. Hope to make it back later for personals have a great day Ladies

This one surprised me. Not only did I have pizza last night, I played 2 hours of volleyball and ate a truckload of sugar. (BOO for the sugar. ) I hope it doesn't catch up with me tomorrow.

Angie - I'm thinking about starting running, thinking about doing a running clinic from Running Room, but I haven't fully decided. I wonder if I'm too heavy to run.. I am hoping it was water weight, I'll know in a little bit Great job getting out of the 220's

Diana - hello to you skinny

starbrite - I have to agree with the other ladies, part of those thoughts are from TOM. I always call it my "reality", because I feel like I see things so clearly, even if it is always in a negative light.. You will get those 20 pounds off, so don't give up on that!

Coondocks - there is no way you've gained that much, it's got to be water retention, when is TOM coming?

Roxy - you are seriously a workout machine!!

Ona - thanks I might slow, but I'm still working on things! Great job holding onto onderland, I am SO impressed with how dedicated you are

Kukkie - sometimes we all need a break from daily weighing, or I did anyways! Don't stay away too long!

to everyone I might have missed I will be back later with my WI!

2/28 - 224.0

1. 225.6 (+1.6)
2. 222.7 (-2.9) Finally a whoosh. I was so worried that having pizza last night would cause a gain like it did last month, but instead, YAY!!!
3. 222.6 (-0.1) Didn't expect much after my whoosh, just happy it didn't go up.
4. 222.2 (-0.4)
5. 222.0 (-0.2) I guess slow and steady wins the race. I am happy though to see it going DOWN and not up.
6. 220.6 (-1.4) Sick today but happy with the weightloss. Has soup (sodium central). Probably be up tomorrow but at least I already know why.
7. 220.6 (0.0) Same weight. Still sick.
8. 224.6 (+4.0) Ugh I absolutely HATE being sick.
9. 222.0 (-2.6) YAY! The weight I gained when I was sick is starting to come off.
10. 220.6 (-2.0) Thank god! I was so worried that the 220.6 I had days ago was a fluke. This is now my lowest weigh so far.
11. 220.4 (0.2) Did not actually sleep because I work nights and had a AM appointment that I could not reschedule.
12. 220.4 (0.0) SAME
13. 220.0 (-0.4)
14. 219.6 (-0.4)
15. 219.4 (-0.2)
16. 219.4 (0.0) SAME

TOM has been and gone as of tuesday, thats' what's throwing me way off with that weigh in. At least it's aggrevating me to press on rather than fall back thats a good thing.

You should totally take up a running clinic, Im going to do up the C25K on my treadmill . . . Im determined to run through Assiniboine park or the forks this spring

Cutie - that runnign club sounds like a lot of fun, and I don't know what it is but I'd be all over getting that shirt

Ona - Holding strong in ONEderland, way to go!!

Vix - Cleaning machine, I need to do that one of these days, but i think rearranging my living room, getting rid of toys and furniture and moving a treadmill will have to do for now

Kukkie - You do what you need to do, I needed a break too and it helped my mentality (though some days you can't really tell ) we'll be here when you're ready to come back

FitGirly - You will def get lower, you've got all the tools set and you're body just needs to accept that you will win in the long run and change it how YOU want it I hope you're right about it being water weight, but Im sure being able to jog and do some incline walks every day will help get things rolling again.

Hi to everyone I missed . . . my tantrum is over ha ha!

Diana - I do at least an hour of cardio Mon. - Sat. Sundays I either take it easy or take the day off from exercise entirely depending on how I feel that week. There are days that I end up with 2 hours or more of cardio and lots of days that I get my structured hour in and then get lots of incidental activity just by taking care of life - walk the dog, clean the house, etc. I'm also doing weights 3-5 times each week, usually for an hour. I'm becoming a gym rat, which is not something I ever thought would apply to me. I use a bodybugg to count my calorie burns and they are usually a bit over 3,000 each day. Yesterday I had 3622. I try to eat enough to keep my calorie deficit at 1,000-1,200, but it creeps up to 1,500 sometimes.

Bulletproof - Krav Maga is kind of like mixed martial arts except that there's more martial and less art. There aren't a whole lot of forms and rules and things other than to learn how to do things most efficiently without hurting yourself while hurting the bad guy as much as possible. It is based on the fighting style taught to the Mossad (Israeli special forces).
