It's a work from home day, and I can't resist peeking in here between phone calls and emails
Ona -- Thanks!
I know I did good work in March, so I'm not beating myself up over it. I had an even slower February, so although this is smaller than I'd like I'm still making progress. The last time I lost weight I gave up when the pace slowed down & I hit plateaus -- I really regretted that when I came back to this site to find my friend who had been heavier than me was now 100lbs lighter than me because she stuck to her plan. I'm making a conscious decision to just keep going this time and I'll be the one who is 100lbs lighter at some future point!
Hi Kukkie
Vixsin -- You had an exciting March! Good job on all you accomplished
Aww..that was very sweet of Maxwell
Kris -- Don't worry about the bounce. Are you expecting TTOM too? It may give you less overall weightloss for March, but you still did great, and you'll get to count those 2lbs in April instead! ...going to check out your blog
Bulletproof -- Excellent job in March my friend! You are burning up the pounds like nobody's business. Don't let a few bad days throw you off...look at your overall and focus on that. You don't have to figure out every day, sometimes it just takes longer for our efforts to show up.
Kel -- Great job in March for you too! How long will you be out of commission post-surgery?
