Slowly, ever so slowly I am dropping weight. Now down 25 lbs.
If I put some more effort into it, the weight would drop off quicker. I'm actually not really doing anything special at this point in time.
My doctor had put me on a new med. and BAM I dropped weight.
My appetite has been suppressed by the new med. and I'm liking that!
Anywho....I'm excited and it's only the beginning.
Being determined is the decision todo whatever you need to do in order to have what you say you want to have!
My mini goal is to take off 50 lbs. by August
For every 10 lbs.
Yeah exactly!! Goodness what you can do once you get going on a plan. And yay for the 25 pounds!!
