Day 1 went pretty well.
Muesli for breakfast.
Kidneybean hummus, with spelt crispbread, veggies and maize chips for lunch.
Khummus with speltbread for dinner.
Drank loads of water.
Had to throw the chips out, too tempting.
Ate more crispbread than I meant to but still came in at 1600 cals.
Will repeat breakfast and lunch today but go for stir-fried veggies and cashew-studded rice for dinner - once my House Inspection's been and gone - don't want to be smelling up the place with fried veggies!
My house gets inspected once every 5 years. It's meant to be just for structural issues but I'm making sure it's as clean and tidy as it can be too!
