For real this time? YES!

  • Today I weighed 246.something. Last Saturday I weighed 244.something after losing 5 lbs. last week. So I've gained...not officially until tomorrow morning, but I've not watched myself today. Tomorrow I am going to the store & purchasing good/healthy food. Soups for quick meals instead of fast food, no chips, no candy! Some form of walking daily (at least) I'm ready I can't do another summer of sweating while at rest in my home! GRRR I've got this!
  • Keep that thought of another fat, sweaty inside summer in your mind every time you want to overeat - or eat unhealthy. It works for me!

    My goal for this summer is to wear those very cute capris I bought a size too small at the end of LAST summer (when I wore yoga pants the entire time). Never again! My fridge and cupboard and desk at work is full of healthy stuff. I'm glad you're going shopping because having your good food around is half the battle! I haven't had a fast food meal for quite a while and I'm sooooo glad. I used to be hooked on it.

    You know what to do - now go for it!
  • Try Progresso Light soups... I recently have and love them! Way better on the sodium and calories than most soups, and good to boot!

    Stick to it girl and you'll get healthy and feel more fabulous and great than ever before!
  • I agree, it is really hard to eat healthy when your surrounded by bad choices. In college it was especially hard considering the options that my campus provided were not exactly diet friendly. Another good thing is land o lakes mini cheese snacks, theyre individually wrapped and if your addicted to cheese like I am they are awesome to satisfy a craving, most are only 50 cals. Good job on putting your foot down! You have definitely got this!
