Today I weighed 246.something. Last Saturday I weighed 244.something after losing 5 lbs. last week. So I've gained...not officially until tomorrow morning, but I've not watched myself today. Tomorrow I am going to the store & purchasing good/healthy food. Soups for quick meals instead of fast food, no chips, no candy! Some form of walking daily (at least)
I'm ready I can't do another summer of sweating while at rest in my home! GRRR I've got this!
