Happy Friday Everyone!

Thanks Slash and i hope you feel better soon!
Glad everyone seems to be doing well and on plan.

I definitely didn't eat enough yesterday..i just wasn't that hungry and most of my calories usually seem to come from evening time, but when you start getting sleepy at 8pm eating again just doesn't seem too appealing from the comforts of my bed. l0l.

Just looked at my calories from yesterday i didn't even break 1,000.
Ah well, i guess just as there might be days i go over there must be some days when i'm under. (I knew my dad should have taken me to jamba juice)

Hi chicks - yesterday went well - always grateful for that. I planned/measured/logged food, lots of water, exercise, left a bite, no second helpings...

Today we are getting together with family at the Chinese Restaurant.

I hope you all have a GREAT day.

Good Morning everyone! I came home yesterday to a spotlessly cleaned house! Hubby had cleaned, did dishes, all of the laundry...it was amazing! SO nice to come home to a clean house, especially after a busy week.

Drugz--Hope you have a great weekend!

Beverlyjoy--Great job! Have an aweosme day! We are having chinese today too! I am making "at home" takeout". I'm making sesame chicken and vegetable lo mein. Yummy!

Hi to everyone else!

Since I don't have any cleaning or laundry to do today, I just get to do fun stuff! I am dropping the dogs off at the "spa", then zumba, a few errands, and mani/pedis with my niece and one of her friends. Then home to make an awesome dinner--sesame chicken and vegetable stir fry. I cut up everything last night, so it will be super easy tonight.

Have a great OP day everyone!!!

Getting ready to go the Y. Still can't wait to have a workout buddy to go with a few times.

Day 11 for me. Ate within my caloric range yesterday, had some calories left over which was surprising cuz i felt like i ate a lot of stuff. l0l

Been adding an extra 100 calories to my meals when i logged..i'm slow and didn't realize those pepperidge farm deli flats were 100 for the whole roll. =/
Whoops. hahah

Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Going for a walk later with my bf.

Our last 75% raw week didn't go so well. It ended up being about 50% raw. Also, I'm having stomach issues so I"m hoping that eating lots of fruit and veggies will help. We're doing 75% raw this week and I got a raw food cookbook. Tried tacos last night made with raw nut meat and cabbage leaves and corn salsa and a nut 'cheeze'. it was good.

For breakfast I had a banana, a plum, and a light soy milk protein shake. I think I'm doing something asian for dinner, I need to find a way to make a really good asian sauce since most have gluten.

I think maybe a raw meal dinner and a fruit snack before bed.

Hi everyone! Hope you are enjoying your Sunday. There was no zumba class today, so kind of a lazy day for me today...much needed, that's for sure!

I received an email from my trainer, I should have my program tomorrow! VERY excited!

I am making corned beef and cabbage for dinner...a little late, but better late than never, LOL!

Hi chicks... yesterday was day five of healthy eating. I am so, so grateful. I accomplished many of my healthy living tasks yesterday:

planned/measured/logged food
lots of water
stretches and strengthening moves
always left a bite
ate standing only one time!
no seconds
good sodium number

Yesterday DH brought home some Easter malted malt balls - I told my self - "No Way". I realized that starting on sugar is a slippery slope for me. I am giving myself credit!

Taking mom to the doctor today. She doesn't feel well alot of the time. She is nearly 88. She has all her smarts - very sharp minded. However, her body is full of arthritis and her tummy feels bad alot of the time. She is a 20 year colon cancer survivor! However - she still gets lots of stomach ailments.

I am going to move forward in my de-cluttering efforts.

MJ - zumba sounds like so much fun... it's one of my goals in life - when my 'pieces and parts' are all better. Dinner sounds good.

Lottie - it's a good thing to start slow with raw I've been told. It's a shock to the system. I went through the same thing when I started to get into green and fruit smoothies. With your tummy woes - go slow. It does make ya feel good eating all the raw stuff when you work it out with your digestive system.

drugz - credit of getting some exercise in.

jab - yes... sometimes staying the same can be good too. Carry on!

Have a healthy day. Shout out to anyone stopping by for a peek.

beverley, it seems to help. especially some citrucel and then an hour or so later a bunch of fruit for breakfast. We have the most amazing strawberries right now. ha.

well, I'm sick, called off work, so I'm gonna go lay back down. First time sick since 2008.

I feel a bit better. hoping it's a 24 hour thing.

Hi Friends! Just stopping by for a quick check-in. As of Friday, I've been on-plan for a week. Lost 5 pounds! I'm doing well. The fogginess from too much sugar is gone and I have a ton more energy. Hopefully, I can get this house decluttered and back on track.

Have a great on-plan day!

Hi everyone! I am down 3lbs for last week! I am SO excited!!!! I have a call w/ my wellness coach today AND I should get my program from my trainer today. Awesome day!!! My trainer also added me to his facebook, so there's no hiding! LOL!!!

Beverlyjoy--five days! That's awesome!!! Kudos to you for staying away from those malted milk balls...I LOVE those...def can't have them in the house......can't wait until you can try zumba

lottie--Hope you are feeling better! Rest!!!

Rhonda--we must have been posting at the same time. Congrats!!! That's awesome! Ugh, de-cluttering the house, that's what we need to do too!!!! I always feel so much better once it is done!

Hubby and I were talking about planning a week off soon. Not to go anywhere, but to get some stuff done at our house. Since my co-worker is still on maternity leave and isn't due back until mid-April, it will be early May before I can realistically take time off. I was checking this morning to see when my last week off was....it was OCTOBER! No wonder I feel like I need a vacation!!!!!

Have a great OP day everyone!!!!!!

I'm feeling really bad today..i don't know if it's almost TTOM or something.
I just feel so stressed and i'm emotionally on edge, i have my gym clothes on but i feel like i wanna go in my room and cry myself to sleep.

I'm going to drink my tea and look on exercisetv for some type of yoga/meditation that i can do quickly before i go to the gym. I know these are the days i really need to push through it when everything in me is saying "i don't want to, i can't do it, what's the point?"

Everyone have a good day..

Drugz~ hope you are feeling better. I've been in a slump lately myself. I think winter has gotten the best of me.

mj5~ CoNgRaTs on the weight!!!!!!!!!

GirlyGirl ~ WooHoo that is awesome on the weight loss !!!!!!!!!

Lottie ~ hope you are feeling better !!!!!!

Beverlyjoy~ You are doing so well, I'm happy for you !!! You are right once I set a foot upon the slippery slope I go downhill really really fast...lol.

We have a winter weather advisory , it's so depressing. Today is my late day at work so my food plan has to shift today.

My cal average last week was within my limits but always on the high end of my scale, so this week I am purposely staying on the low side to try to start kick myself back into being a loser...lol. I figure if I don't try to re-jump start I won't make my first little goal and that would depress me more.

Yesterday's calories total ...1178

tuna
light bread
light mayo
tea w/sweetener

prunes
water

lf yogurt
slimfast bar
water

bagel thins
pizza sauce
parmesan cheese
turkey pepperoni
1-mushroom ravioli (that is what I made the bf for dinner, and I tasted one )
water

I hope everyone has a GREAT day !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have pt today, yay! Been keeping up with my pt 'homework' and my legs have been feeling good!

my shoulders....a totally different story. ha.

I'm getting new glasses today, woooo! employee appreciation, our company owns lens crafters, so we get an extra 20% off the already 50% discounted price of glasses! woooo! Thankfully my lens crafters card is almost entirely paid off so I have room on there now.
