Oh wow, I'm on cloud nine. I've been feeling discouraged for the past few days because I've been hovering just above 210 for days (although, I must say that's awesome when I consider the fact that I ate pretty badly last week.) When I reach 199, I want to go public with my journey on my blog, but I'm determined not to until I'm positive I can sustain it, and 199 is the lowest I've ever been on a diet before. Sooooo... I'm ready to get there! Anyway, I've been thinking about telling a few friends lately, but didn't want to because I could "only" say that I've lost 20lbs so far.
... Or so I thought!
Just now, I was looking at my account information, and I realized that my starting weight when I joined this forum was 240! I can't believe it - I didn't even realize that I started at 240 (my info says I started at 250, but I don't really count that because that was RIGHT after I had my baby and I'm sure a lot of that was water weight.) That means I've lost almost 30lbs in three weeks!!!
Just wanted to share that with you!!!
Start weight: 250
Goal 1: 199lbs (current: 212)
Goal 2: 180
Goal 3: 150
Goal 4: 130
