    I have gone on a 3 day food bender. I'm tired, I have a wicked headache and the scale is up 5 lbs. The problem is that I LIKE JUNK FOOD! *whining* I don't wanna throw it away I wanna eat it. All of it. */whining*

    Ok. Now that I've whined like my 2 year old I'm going to be an adult, make the right decision and get back on track. The next few days are going to be rough.

    Back into gear girl! Remember NOTHING tastes as good as thin feels AND you've eaten that stuff before- you know what it tastes like- you aren't missing out by not eating it right now.

    Winter is a hard time for dieting. I have really struggled too. I seem to be faced with many temptations to eat- LOTS!!
    The main thing is you are back on track now. You had an affair (with yummies) and now it's time to get focused again. Spring will be here soon and there are many sleeveless shirts and smaller sizes in our future Hang in there darlin!
