Smile Healthy Choice soups

Have any of you tried Healthy Choice soups? I think they are just WONDERFUL & they are really, really good for you, too! For the country vegetable soup, it is only 1 point per serving, or 2 points for the entire can! The other ones I have tried (gumbo, bean & ham, etc), they are only 2 points per serving (the bean & ham might be 3...). It's great because they are high in fiber, low in fat, low in calories, & very filling. They make a great lunch, & sometimes when I get home from work (when I am the most hungry of the day), I'll have a serving or two, depending on where I am points wise, for a snack so I don't gorge myself at dinner.

Plus, they aren't that expensive. I can buy them at Wal-Mart for about a $1.30 a can, which is way less than if I bought lunch. I absolutely love them!

I live on those kind of soups, we have different brands in Australia but every single day almost I have a can of soup packed full of vegetables or chicken, so low in cals I can have two serves or the entire can all for 200 calories. It really fills me up and I'm satisfied and don't have to worry about cooking. Yep they are GREAT MATE!

I have to admit I am not much of a soup person, but I may check them out! I am so stuck in a lunch/dinner rut!! For lunch it's lean cuisine tv dinner and for dinner I eat the same few things all the time. It sounds like the soup fills you up for very few calories, and I am all for that!

I was never really a soup fan until I went on a cruise. Imagine being in Bermuda, sweating all day and then enjoying a nice bowl of soup at dinner? I never could have. But I did....and loved it. I was then addicted to it.

I really can't find a low carb/low salt soup here...so I try to make my own versions of soup.

Yes, I love that soup. The Beef & Potato is like a skinny version of beef stew.

I have soup at least twice a week. I love it. Comfort food, I guess.

I too, love the Healthy Choice soups. I use the cream of mushroom to cook with all of the time. It is WAY better than the regular ones!
