162.3 on 01/19
168.6 on 01/31

I suspect most of that is the few days I've had back home from Palestine,when I've been eating carbs as an act of mourning for not being still on holiday.

Still, back at it today. I loved my trip so much (still doing updates on the "teeny tiny" thread) that I want to repeat it next year. So my goal is 139 for 01/18/2012.

I go for it!

Six pounds is not a lot for the excellent adventure you've just had and I think a lot of it is just water. Just get back on the straight and narrow and it'll come back off in a jif.

And 139 by 1/18/12 no problem for you!!!
