I suspect most of that is the few days I've had back home from Palestine,when I've been eating carbs as an act of mourning for not being still on holiday. :(:(:(

Still, back at it today. I loved my trip so much (still doing updates on the "teeny tiny" thread) that I want to repeat it next year. So my goal is 139 for 01/18/2012.

Six pounds is not a lot for the excellent adventure you've just had and I think a lot of it is just water. Just get back on the straight and narrow and it'll come back off in a jif.

And 139 by 1/18/12 no problem for you!!!
