Does this mean I'm back on track?
Today I finally made it to the grocery store for the first time in what seems like forever. I am now armed with boneless skinless chicken breast, fresh fruits and veggies, and lots of other good-for-you stuff. My goal this week is to have every meal at home and take my lunch to work all week. This is probably a given for a lot of people but for me planning ahead with food is always a struggle.
Hopefully this week my children will remember that food doesn't come in a box out of a drive-thru window. And cooking means I don't have to guess at the nutritional value of anything. I just hope I'm able to make my plans a reality.
