Goal Weight: 130 lbs/ 59 kgs, or a US Size 9, whatever weight that is for me now.
Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss: Changing my relationship to food.
Following any specific plan: 1200-1300 calories a day, with lots of fitness related goals.
What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: I'm being painfully honest with calorie counting, and paying attention to macro nutrients. I've stopped making excuses and saying "I can't". I've made fitness a priority. I took a 6 month nutrition course. I'm ready to be the woman I know I am, rather than just dream about being her. I practice positive thinking.
Anything else you would like to share with us: I'm glad to be here.

Goal Weight: I would be okay with 170, but in high school I fluctuated between 140 and 180, and I would like to get to the lower end of that range.
Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss: developing strategies. I used to stay at a healthy weight by necessity, because I didn't really have an opportunity to buy crap food and walking home through the country was something I actually enjoyed. Now I live in the city, and I hate walking around because it is all gray. I also live within a block of 3 convenience stores.
Following any specific plan: trying to follow a weekly meal plan & calorie count
What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: I feel responsible for my little sister, who is 18 and 360 lbs. I love her and want to set a good example so she doesn't develop serious health issues in her 20's.

Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss: Probably patience... I'm not very patient, I'll probably be weighing myself every day thinking 'Why am I not thin yet?!'
Following any specific plan: Yup! It's kind of my own one, I think. I have banana milk smoothie in the morning for my breakfast which keeps me full till lunch. Then for lunch I have my fruits, and then finally for dinner I have my vegetables and meat (Chicken or Fish).
What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: Well the other diet I did was reeeally bad, I would only eat like 400 calories a day... and then the next day I felt I needed to go lower.. then the next day I'd try and get lower than that. Basically after a week I got really bad side effects, the 10 pound week loss really wasn't worth it. So I'm just going to try my hardest to do this the long but more healthy way.
Anything else you would like to share with us: Uhm, to help me keep on track I've promised myself I can buy one expensive item of clothing when I reach my target weight, which is Hermione's Yule Ball dress from Harry Potter that I know would be wasted in my current size! I think it would help a lot for others too if they have trouble keeping on track like me!

What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: It's weird being in a healthy constructive relationship with a man who loves all of me not just the "pretty" parts. I'm going all in with my husband who also has some weight to shed but not as much as me. However, it is still cray cray that I told a boy how much I weigh!!!

Following any specific plan: Went vegetarian and trying to each as plant-based as possible.
What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: Honestly, going vegetarian has really changed the way I approach weight loss. I try my best to eat as plant-based and wholesome as possible but you know what sometimes I eat french fries and I don't think "oh well, I already cheated...I guess I'll just really go for it." I feel in control and strong. I don't feel like I'm about to fall off the wagon at any moment...this is the new way that I live my life.

Anything else you would like to share with us: I gained 100lbs since being married to my husband. I used to go to the gym twice a day, I used to be able to run a kilometre in 4 1/2 minutes. Now I get winded going for a walk around the block. That sht is not acceptable.
