I'm sure many of you have seen this before, but I always love revisiting it for motivating myself. You can google 'my virtual model' and you'll find the website for making your own.
On the site you make a virtual you, and dress yourself up in clothes...it's like playing barbies again ladies
Here is my starting model, my current, and my goal. I'd love to see some of yours too if you care to share them.
For the non-technical folks: As I made a model at each size I then right clicked on her and chose 'save image as' and then saved the pic to my desktop using the weight as the title for the image.
What fun! I've never used this website before - actually I had seen these models around and wondered where people got them! I wasn't very creative with my clothes, but then again I'm not in real life, either.
Here are my start, current and goal:

Krampus -- You can actually play a bit with the proportions...you can choose bust size, waist size and then there are little +/- buttons to customize it.
Fun site!! These are my before, current, and goal weights... They are pretty close, except they don't totally represent my apple shape - my upper body is larger.

Wow, playing with that thing just made me crazy. I started wondering if my goal weight was too high, if maybe I should readjust it. Apparently I even think my computer-generated image is too big. No more virtual models for me.
