Default Spring please?

I have been horribly off this whole month. And I am almost positive it is SAD. Because we had 2 days of warmish weather, and beautiful sun. I was up and active both days, doing this, going here and there. Now we got like 4 inches of snow overnight and I am back in my cave again. I just wanna sleep and eat. I have no idea how to combat this...I think its the first time I have realized I probably have it! I have no money to invest in the lights and stuff, so that's not an option...
I really just want Spring!! My body is literally aching for warmth and SUN. I don't know how all of you do it, with losing big through winter!!!

I hear you! I'm counting down the days man... nothing like going for a nice walk in the warm sun to brighten your day.

I know this snow is killing me too

I can't wait for some warm weather. We all need a vacation down south until April.

I am looking foward to spring mornings so I can jog outside. The cold hurts my lungs/chest if I try to jog in it.

Here's what helps me...

t's almost the end of January. Now of course February is still winter, but it's a short month and there are almost always some nice days thrown in in March. So January is the main one to get through. And we are almost there!!!

Every day since December 21st has started to get a tiny bit longer daylight-wise. We are on the upswing!!

Once the groundhog decides when spring will come, we can officially start anticipating it, and he'll be poking out to tell us next week!

Winter is the only time of year I don't feel guilty hibernating on the recliner with the electric blanket and a lifetime movie -- so I'll enjoy it while it lasts!

Hope my little mantras help you get through these last few short weeks of winter!

shannonmb, I love that. We are totally on the upswing! I told my husband I was going to wear flip flops all week to force warm weather to come... He didnt think that was such a good idea.
