There are a lot of new "faces" so I thought I would introduce myself (again). In 2007 I lost 115 lb with Weight Watchers. Imagine my suprise when I got on the scale a couple weeks ago only to realize I've gained half of it back!
This site was a great help to me last time and I'm back, hoping to actually get to goal this time and stay there! I got down to 190 before, but this time I really would like to go all the way to 149. I am using WW online and I actually paid for three months so that I will stick with it. I belong to my local gym and I am working out three times a week for about 45 minutes. I'm a single mom with three kids and a stressful full-time job, but I have to make time for myself and do this! I look forward to getting reacquainted!
