So I started back on plan on October 19th at 287 lbs (had kept off 12 lbs I'd lost previously) and I'm making 4 month mini goals to keep me focused.
My goal was to lose 32 lbs by feb 19th, which was a reasonable 2 lbs a week. I had originally set the goal a little lower, to account for stalls, but was losing so well in november that I readjusted it to a higher goal. I'm still doing really well and have readjusted it again! 5 lbs lower than before.
I'm really excited.
I have an appt with my pain doc on feb 24th and the last time she saw me I weighed 271 lbs and the next time she sees me I will hopefully be in the 240's.
