Default Swimming NSV!

Well I am finally introducing some intentional exercise into my journey (which has been sorely lacking!). I went out and bought a new swimsuit, and wore it swimming laps last night. For the first time since I can remember, I stood on the pool deck and didn't feel the need to hide behind my towel (which fits around me easily now too, which is nice). It felt wonderful! As for the swimming, that felt great too, but I am so tired and out of shape!!! Oh well - it will only get better, right??

That is so great, I can't wait to feel like that in a swimsuit!

Like you, I enjoy the pool! And like you, the towel around the body was a total shock to me when I realized I was tucking in the ends under by arms!!

Way to go on getting the exercise thing going.

Thanks everybody! Yes the exercise is long overdue, but I love swimming, so it's the best of both worlds! Although I do have plans to do some more weight training too....and more walking (once it get to slightly above arctic conditions outside!).
