This has always been a tough one. Ladies night!

A group of ladies get together and it's usually games, drinking and food. I find I always overeat at these. Well, last night I went and I had two glasses of wine and almost no food. I had 1 mushroom cap and 3 crackers with a taste of dip. This was at 1am but I didn't eat anything before then because I'd had supper with my family first and I feel very proud and happy with myself for being able to resist all the appealing appies!
