I read a wonderful saying on this web site. "I can't loose 100 lbs but I can loose 10 lbs 10 times." That made sense to me. Wish I could remember where I read it. First goal is 25 lbs by June 1. Then I will fit into all my summer clothes and hopefully feel a bit more comfortable.
Hi Ladies, I hope I can join this journey with you. My 150 day challenge is 40 pounds. My plan is to have 1000 calories deficit each day. I wear a Body Media arm band. I'm on Personal Trainer Food plan (1200-1500 cal per day). I've been doing this for 1 week and I'm down 3.5 pounds.
If you all have tips and trick please share. I may slip up and need something new to refresh this journey.
Lets make a plan, and work at it day-by-day. It hard, I'm trying too.
