Has anyone else listened to this podcast?
I've been listening to it the last couple of days and already I find it's helping me focus more and think more about what I'm putting in my body, it's crazy.
Her voice is so soothing and calm and I find that I understand what she's talking about. I started at the beginning of her podcasts and I'm hoping to get all the way through, So far there are over 150.
