I agree, I could not and would not make this for myself. It would def. trigger something in me and in 1 or 2days the entire pan would be gone, and there would probably be some other carb casualties while I was at it.

But, its nice to bring something to an event and I know I can 1 peice of (and there wont be any left at the end) or make it at work where I know none of it will come home with me.

Default Hungry girl solution

One thing I noticed with the HG cookbooks is that she doesn't make up the whole mix. She makes enough for a serving or two. I plan to follow that example and proportion out the mix and just drink the rest of the diet soda.
