So its after the holidays and a bunch of people at the office where I work decided to hold a "Fit Club" type challenge. Eagar for a challenge I joined in and now I figure I would post here to give myself that extra modivational push. I did this exact same challenge last year with poor results and I want to kick butt this year!!
We weigh in every friday morning starting tomorrow the 21st and the challenge goes until April 15, 2010 (which happens to be my 26th Birthday!).
I am aiming to lose 2 lbs a week which gives me a goal of around 24 pounds.
Anyone wanting to join in is more than welcome, the more the merrier
