Default Smoothie Ideas needed (for kids too)

I am trying to get some recipes for smoothies that I can make for my family for breakfast on busy mornings. I want them to be safe for the kids to drink (not full of protein powder) too.

As I start along this journey I want to make it doable for the entire family, which will also help me to succeed. My youngest son could stand to lose a little weight but I don't want to push that on him instead I just want to incorporate healthy eating for all of us knowing he will benefit from it too..

Thank you!!
Anita

I like any type of frozen fruit with 1/2 cup fat free greek yogurt and some skim milk (or soy milk) to thin. Flavors can vary based on the fruit used.

For a more indulgent smoothie I've been known to use chocolate soymilk with frozen strawberries.

Peanut butter banana

1 banana (frozen is important. Gives it a milkshake texture)
About 3/4 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
Tablespoon peanut butter
Dash of milk to thin
Squirt of honey to taste if using plain yogurt and/or no sugar added peanut butter

I like this for the protien and some fat for feeling full a long time.
