I am making changes to become a healthier me. I am tired of feeling tired and achy all the time. I just want to enjoy life more and eat to live rather than live to eat, as I have been doing. Good luck to all!
I think the first step is the hardest, that commitment to make the changes necessary to live the life that we deserve. And I don't know about you, but I find myself taking that first at least once a day! But maybe there is a more positive way to look at it --- we get so many chances to make the right choice.
