Default Aaargh!!! 234, I hate you!!

I have not made any progress since Dec. 1! I've bounced all around 234. I weigh everyday, but only count Saturday as my official "weigh in". I just looked back through my spreadsheet and I've been 234 every Saturday for almost 2 months! A couple years ago when dieting, I got to 232 (then got pregnant - which ended in a miscarriage). I just don't think psychologically I can get passed 234.

I'm upset and frustrated. Life changes tomorrow. I go back to college and I hope the extra running and less free time helps.

Yes I find less free time very helpful - when I start craving stuff and poking around in cupboards I find something to do, quickly. Anyways keep going, you'll get past that number!! Good luck with starting back tomorrow!
