Default So Close!!!!

This morning, I weighed in at my lowest weight in many, many years.

206.8

I am so close to that first number changing and it's so exciting! But I feel like I am stuck in these last 10 lbs before getting there.

Give me some motivation or tips or anything to get through this stand still!

Keep up the good work! If you're stuck at a standstill, maybe try mixing things up? Your diet, your exercise, whatever, that might help. Good luck!

I started at 254.4.

It's been a long, long process though, because I'll go for a month and be good, and then will travel a ton for work and give up on it for a while.

I'm now trying to really buckle down again.

good job! I've seen alot of people say that a (moderate, dont go crazy) holiday on the diet can jump start a loss that has stalled

Yay! You have done a great job! Just keep doing what you have been doing and you will one day (soon) step on that scale and see a 1 in front of your weight. It's very exciting!
Congratulations on all the hard work- you should be so proud

You've come so far! Congrats!!

I don't have any great advice because I'm still figuring out what works myself, just take it one pound at a time and you'll get there!

FOR ME - when I got to around 206 I became desperate to see that 1 infront of the number. I tightened my belt, cut out the salty foods, ate tons of asparagus, and the week I hit 198 I lost 6lbs !!!! I have continued to lose steady and didn't bounce. I also really pushed loads of water - it was an awesome feeling. You have done wonderfully well- just keep doing what your'e doing and you will definitely get there.
