I workout on the wii fit 5 times a week for 30 minutes to 60 minutes each time. I drink 96oz of water a day. I count calories I stay under 1500 calories a day and weigh all my food on my food scale or use a measuring cup. Here is an example of what I eat in one day I eat 3 meals and 3 snacks suggested by my doc because I am hypothyroid and he said it will help.
Breakfest- corn chex ceral with skim milk
Am snack- 1 banana
Lunch- 1oz turkey breast on wheat bread no sauce, small sald with lite dressing
afternoon snack- 1 apple and 1 low fat cheese string
dinner- 4oz chicken breast, brocelli, and veggie medley
pm snack- (usually my sweet snack) 1 skinny cow ice cream
