Even though packing everything up and putting away for another year is kind of sad, this year I was energized during the process:
First, that I was able to store all of the Christmas decorations in the attic that I've never been in. When I bought this house, noted that there were fold down stairs to the attic but that weight limit was 250 lbs. Last Christmas I was down to 210 but thought carrying boxes might result in too close to the weight limit. This year at 160, no worries.
Second, I have gained so much fitness and flexibility that crouching, kneeling, lifting, etc was no problem. Felt a bit of a burn in my thighs but nothing more than any of my workouts.
I was actually grinning after completing this chore.
Any chores you can now do that you couldn't when you started your weight loss?
