Over the holidays, I thought I'd made it out of the 220s... in the wrong direction, LOL! Turned out to be water weight and I'm still in the 220s and thankful for it, since at one point during the holidays, I saw 235!
Getting back on track and working on leaving the 220s, hopefully in the next two or three months.
I've been trying to get back on track since the 1st. I haven't had any fast food or anything too bad, but I'm having portion control problems and I'm snacking a lot. I did better today than I have in a while though, so I'm feeling pretty good about that. Maybe I can do this!
I weigh-in on Sunday and I was down 2.1 pounds for the week, so it's proof that small changes can make a difference! Now I just need to see what big changes can do!!
GOod morning friends! I have been having a horrible year so far and I need to get back in gear I have been gaining weight. Today I wi at 230 need to work my weight back down lets get there together ladies!
