I will stay on my plan today because I went off plan for the week after Christmas and I feel so yucky physically. Back on track today!

This IS going to be my year to finally get this weight off and get off this roller coaster!

I'm fed up, I'm getting old, it sickens me to look in the mirror, I'm fed up with pain issues, I'm fed up feeling uncomfortable, I'm just fed up!

Because I have yet ANOTHER relative going on dialysis and I don't want that to be me in 10 or 20 years. That's a powerful motivator.
