Welcome, Emma. This is a pretty friendly and supportive forum--I'm sure you'll fit right in.

One thing you'll discover is that it's fairly common for people to fine-tune their ultimate goal weight as it gets closer. I think it makes a lot of sense to shoot for 153 initially--you can always reevaluate later.
