Today I am grateful for WARMER WEATHER! It's really nice to be above freezing and have the ice on our hill melting off!
I'm also grateful that I kept myself busy all day and didn't have time to overeat, so I've been very on track, YAY! Meanwhile, the house is getting less cluttered.
- I had a healthy day (#5) yesterday and I am so so grateful.
- so much fun and all the joy in regard to a friend's engagement and planning for her summer wedding
- Stepmom is making great progress in her healing from her fall. The bruises around her eyes are gone. She says all that is left are bruises on her cheek and chin.

Feeling kind of down this morning but really am grateful for many things.
- my house is neat and tidy after the Christmas extravaganza
- Donna drives to gym this morning so my car can stay in the barn
- I'm slowly finding and correcting the errors in the accounting system
- Monday's 10:30 morning meeting is postponed
- Paul is coming to install the rail on the cellar stairs so I can go down there more easily
- my sudden weight gain MUST be from the ham feasting the past two days

Sorry you are feeling down - it's good to have our gratitudes to help with that.
- despite not being able to sleep- I stayed in my calorie range. I am grateful. It's hard for me to not overeat in the middle of the night if I can't sleep. So, I am so pleased.
