cold and flu season has finally hit my house.
so, i just wonder how many of you hit a stall or lose more when your sick?
I'm miserable, got a headache, sore throat, body aches, runny nose, ect
i don't have much of an appetite and just want to sleep.
how do i make sure i get enough calories while sick?
one of my big problems i had was never eating and i have worked hard trying to increase my food to the minimum daily calories.
I'm not cutting anything out, just trying moderation.
so what should i try to eat that won't hurt my throat?
I'm already drinking hot honey tea and lemon tea.
