5k on Christmas Day
 

Today was a crazy day! I got some emotional news I overindulged a bit too much. At 2pm, I decided to rein it in and ate an apple. Then a few hours later, I rounded out my day by running 5k in the rain! I have never, ever worked out on Christmas before and I felt really proud of myself for getting off my butt and doing it!

So ready to start the new year, and hoping to lose a pound or two between now and then!

I was just figuring out goals for myself for next year and also included the C25K so I hope to be able to do this sometime in Q3 next year.
